The inquiry form on the contact section collects only what is needed to reply to you:

• Your name
• Your business name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your current website address (optional)
• A description of what you would like improved
• Your acknowledgement that the inquiry is not a contract or payment obligation

The information is used for one purpose: to understand your request and reply to you about a possible website project. It is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or added to a marketing list.

Submissions are validated on the server and delivered by email to joshpengelly25@icloud.com using the email delivery provider Resend. The message is then held in that email account. There is no public database of inquiries on this website, and submissions are not published anywhere.

Basic anti-abuse measures are applied at the moment of submission: a hidden field that catches automated spam, input validation and sanitisation, and a short-term limit on how many submissions can be sent in a row.

Every form inside the concept demonstrations under /demos — quote requests, booking requests, pickup reservations, consultation requests and similar — is simulated. Those forms do not send, transmit, store or process any information at all. Anything typed into them stays in your browser and disappears when the page is closed.

This website does not set advertising cookies, does not run session recording, and does not build visitor profiles. If anonymous usage measurement is enabled, it records only aggregate events such as "a demo was opened" — never your name, email, or the content of anything you type.

Website hosting and the email delivery provider process submissions strictly to deliver the message. External links, such as the Instagram profile link, lead to services with their own separate privacy policies.
