Terms of use

Every website shown under /demos is an independent concept demonstration created to illustrate design and build approaches. The businesses, names, addresses, hours, prices in those demonstrations are fictional. They are not commissioned client projects and should not be interpreted as endorsements by, or relationships with, any real company. CandyCrazeDelights is separately featured as actual completed client website work.

Submitting the inquiry form, sending an email or text, or receiving a proposal does not create a contract or a payment obligation. Work begins only after a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions and price has been completed by both sides.

Agreements are handled directly with Joshua.

Website design and redesign have one fixed, one-time project price from $1,500 to $10,000+, based on scope, pages, features, and complexity. The written scope and fixed quote are agreed before starting; changes outside that scope require a separate agreement.

50% of the agreed total is paid upfront to begin. The remaining 50% is paid on project completion, after final approval and before launch or handoff. These are two installments of the same total, not extra start or completion fees. For example, a $1,500 project is $750 upfront + $750 at completion.

Invoice issued; payment via Zelle (Wells Fargo). An invoice is issued for each installment. Verified recipient instructions are provided privately on the invoice; no payment is processed through this website.

Optional website checks, updates, troubleshooting, and aftercare have separately agreed scope and fees. They are not unlimited maintenance included in the one-time build. Frequency, supported features, response expectations, and support hours are agreed before any coverage begins.

A website can present a business clearly and make it easier for customers to get in touch. No specific ranking, traffic, revenue or business result is promised, and none should be inferred from anything on this site.

The design, text, imagery and code of this website and its concept demonstrations belong to Joshua Pengelly Web Design. Ownership and handover of any commissioned project are set out in that project's written proposal.

You are responsible for having the rights to any text, images or logos you supply for a project.
