Every website shown under /demos is an independent concept demonstration created to illustrate design and build approaches. The businesses, names, addresses, hours, prices and reviews in those demonstrations are fictional. They are not commissioned client projects and should not be interpreted as endorsements by, or relationships with, any real company.

Submitting the inquiry form, sending an email, or receiving a proposal does not create a contract or a payment obligation. Work begins only after a written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, revisions and price has been completed by both sides.

Because Joshua is currently under 18, any final service agreement and payment arrangement is also reviewed and authorised by his parent or legal guardian. Their details are shared privately when an agreement is ready for review.

A website can present a business clearly and make it easier for customers to get in touch. No specific ranking, traffic, revenue or business result is promised, and none should be inferred from anything on this site.

The design, text, imagery and code of this website and its concept demonstrations belong to Joshua Pengelly Web Design. Ownership and handover of any commissioned project are set out in that project's written proposal.

You are responsible for having the rights to any text, images or logos you supply for a project.
