Project & Agreement Process
From your first email or text to a written fixed-price proposal, direct agreement, design, review, and launch. An inquiry does not create a payment obligation.

Inquiry & discovery
Email, text, or use the project inquiry form. We discuss your business goals, audience, content, and required pages and features.
- 02
Written proposal & agreement
I prepare a fixed-price proposal covering scope, pages and features, deliverables, revision allowance, estimated timeline, ownership and account access, and third-party costs. The agreement is handled directly with Joshua.
- 03
First invoice & design/build
After the fixed quote and scope are agreed, an invoice is issued for 50% of the total upfront to begin. Invoice issued; payment via Zelle (Wells Fargo). An invoice is issued for each installment. Verified recipient instructions are provided privately on the invoice; no payment is processed through this website.

Review & final approval
You review the website and request revisions within the agreed allowance. We check the finished work together before final approval. Changes beyond scope are agreed separately.

Final invoice & launch/handoff
On project completion after final approval, the final 50% invoice is issued. Payment is received before launch or handoff. Ownership and access follow the written proposal; optional aftercare is separately agreed.
Website design and redesign have one fixed, one-time project price from $1,500 to $10,000+, based on scope, pages, features, and complexity. The written scope and fixed quote are agreed before starting; changes outside that scope require a separate agreement. 50% of the agreed total is paid upfront to begin. The remaining 50% is paid on project completion, after final approval and before launch or handoff. These are two installments of the same total, not extra start or completion fees. For example, a $1,500 project is $750 upfront + $750 at completion. Invoice issued; payment via Zelle (Wells Fargo). An invoice is issued for each installment.
